Etický kodex
Společnost SOTIO Biotech a.s. (dále jen „Společnost“) má zaveden vnitřní oznamovací systém k předání podnětu o možném protiprávním jednání, který se jí bezprostředně týká, včetně jednání v rozporu s Etickým kodexem společnosti SOTIO Biotech a.s., který je dostupný zde:

Oznámení se podává na úrovni Společnosti, a to některým z následujících způsobů:
- etický e-mail Společnosti: etickalinka@sotio.com;
- osobní oznámení pracovníkům zastávajícím na úrovni Společnosti pozici General Counsel nebo Senior Lawyer;
- listinné oznámení doručené pracovníkům zastávajícím na úrovni Společnosti pozici General Counsel nebo Senior Lawyer na adresu SOTIO Biotech a.s., Českomoravská 2532/19b, 190 00 Praha 9;
- telefonní etická linka Společnosti v českém jazyce: +420 224175108;
- telefonní etická linka Společnosti v anglickém jazyce: +420 224175109.
Oznamovatelem může být kdokoli (tedy nejen zaměstnanec).
Informace ohledně možnosti podání oznámení, jež je oznámením ve smyslu právního předpisu upravujícího ochranu oznamovatelů, mimo vnitřní oznamovací systém jsou uvedeny v Etickém kodexu společnosti SOTIO Biotech a.s.
Code of Ethics
SOTIO Biotech a.s. (the "Company") has implemented an internal reporting system for reporting possible illegal conduct that directly concerns it, including conduct in violation of Code of Ethics of SOTIO Biotech a.s., which is available here:

A notification is submitted at the Company level via one of the following means of communication:
- Company Ethics E-mail: etickalinka@sotio.com;
- Notification filed in person to the Company´s General Counsel or Senior Lawyer;
- A written Notification delivered to the Company´s General Counsel or Senior Lawyer at the address: SOTIO Biotech a.s., Českomoravská 2532/19b, 190 00 Prague 9;
- Company Ethics Hotline in Czech: +420 224175108;
- Company Ethics Hotline in English: +420 224175109.
The notification can be filed by anyone (not necessarily an employee).
Information on the possibility of submitting a notification, which is a notification within the meaning of the legal regulation governing the protection of whistleblowers, outside the internal reporting system is provided in the Code of Ethics of SOTIO Biotech a.s.
